Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Developer Internship (Front-End & Back-End) to join our team at Pimpri, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience to kick-start their career through our Earn & Learn platform, working on live projects and gaining hands-on experience. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications or related field Experience: 0 to 1 Year / Freshers welcome Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pimpri, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Work Earn & Learn Platform / Commission-Based Model (Income based on project contributions and performance) Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain websites and web applications using front-end and back-end technologies Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement and improve features Write clean, scalable, and efficient code Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and development Required Technical Skills: Front-End: HTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap JQuery Back-End: PHP MySQL Preferred Skills: Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel will be an added advantage Understanding of web development best practices and responsive design Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus .
