Job Role: MERN Stack Developer Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers / Experienced Professionals CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA Work Mode: Hybrid / Work From Home / Work From Office Job Locations: Chennai | Coimbatore | Bangalore, India About the MERN Stack Developer Role HBSPL is looking for a MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves creating responsive user interfaces, developing backend services, integrating APIs, and managing databases to deliver efficient, secure, and scalable digital solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and manage MongoDB databases, including data models and query optimization. Connect frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices. Test applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Use Git for version control and support application deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation. Required Skills Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Knowledge of React.js, components, hooks, and state management. Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and backend development. Understanding of MongoDB, database design, and CRUD operations. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and API integration. Familiarity with Git, npm, debugging, and application testing. Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Educational Qualification A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, B.Tech and B.Sc or a related field is preferred. Relevant projects, internships, certifications, or practical development experience are an added advantage. Experience Freshers with a solid foundation in JavaScript and web development can apply.
