Job Details · Experience: Freshers (01 year) · Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) · Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 715 days notice) · Salary (Monthly): 35,000 to 50,000 per month · Salary (CTC): 4,20,000 to 6,00,000 per annum (Based on performance and technical skills) Key Responsibilities · Software Development: Assist in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code using languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. · System Maintenance: Support the IT infrastructure, troubleshoot software glitches, and maintain database integrity. · Testing & Debugging: Conduct routine application testing, identify bugs, and deploy precise technical fixes. · Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software functionality and system layouts. · Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications · Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or MCA / BCA / BSC in Computer Science. · Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational concepts in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA). · Databases: Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. · Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a keen willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
