Website & App Developer (Next.js / React Native) - Fresher

About the job: Office: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Working days: Monday-Saturday Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MB Learning designs and runs educational immersion programmes for Indian schools study trips, summer schools and learning journeys in India and abroad with partner universities. We are rebuilding mblearning.org, the student/parent portal and the MB Learning mobile app on Next.js + Supabase + Razorpay, replacing a legacy PHP site. You will build and ship the website and the app, working directly with the Founders, shipping to production every week and using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Codex) as a daily multiplier. Key responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain the public website, student/parent portal and admin dashboard in Next.js (App Router, TypeScript) and Tailwind. 2. Build the iOS/Android app with Expo / React Native: trip schedules, live updates and notifications for parents, payments. 3. Work with Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Row-Level Security, Storage) and Razorpay (orders, webhooks, instalments). 4. Ship SEO-clean, fast pages (Lighthouse 90+) in the MB brand system; publish new programme and destination pages quickly. 5. Use GitHub, preview deployments and code review properly; document what you build. Hiring process: share GitHub + 2-3 live links, then a paid 48-hour take-home (Next.js + Supabase, Rs 2,000 on completion regardless of outcome), then a technical walkthrough with the Founders and an offer.
